Conditions of reservations and payments:

 

Responsibilities:

The guest should maintain an orderly conduct, inside the house and in the surroundings.
The contents of the house should be kept intact. The client is responsible for any damages caused.
The owner will guarantee the supply of water, electricity, gas, etc.
Any complaints regarding the installations or equipments should be presented to the owner in the next 24 hours, maximum.
Any malfunctioning or damage not caused by client mishandling is responsibility of the owner.

 

Services:

- Breakfast;
- Daily cleaning.

 

Reservations Policy

- The reservation request should be made through the online reservations form, by e-mail, by telephone or by fax.
- Quinta das Buganvílias will inform you on the availability for the requested period, on the confirmation of the reservation, and on how to proceed.

 

Payments Policy

1- The reservation is definitive only after a down payment of 30% of the total. The money transfer must be made immediately after confirmation of availability. The reservation will be cancelled if the transfer isn't made within the next five days.
2- The rest (70%) is paid on arrival, with cash, credit card or ATM card.

 

Cancellation Policy

1- To cancel the reservation, the client must inform Quinta das Buganvílias by writing (e-mail or fax) 15 days prior to check-in, maximum.

The down payment will be returned, with expenses paid by the client.
2- The down payment won't be returned when the cancellation is made within the 15 days prior to check-in..
